BOO! at the Zoo 2013 presented by U.S. Cellular® will celebrate 12 nights of safe and not-too-scary Halloween fun on October 10-13, 17-20, 24-27, 2012 from 5:30 - 8:00 p.m.

BOO! at the Zoo, a Halloween tradition for 27 years, is a family event featuring devilishly good music and games at the Monster Mash tent in The Clayton Family Kids Cove, your favorite costumed characters throughout the zoo, and the only "haunted" carousel in East Tennessee, the Scary-Go-Round. (How can you tell it's haunted? It goes backwards, of course.)  And best of all, you can trick-or-treat down the BOO! trail for your favorite treats!

Tickets for BOO! at the Zoo can also be purchased at the Zoo or at Knoxville area Kroger stores beginning October 1 (member discount not available at Kroger).


 

Volunteer for BOO! at the Zoo!

Are you looking for an exciting volunteer experience for your group or organization? Sign up for Knoxville Zoo's annual trick-or-treat event. BOO! at the Zoo is scheduled for 12 total nights this year: October 10, 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20, 24, 25, 26, and 27. We need 100+ volunteers each night to hand out candy, assist in games and other activities and dress in costume (we provide these). We can use your group's help as few or as many nights as you want. Any help is greatly appreciated. Don't miss out on a great time!

Each BOO! at the Zoo volunteer must complete a Volunteer Agreement Form 2013 Boo! Volunteer Agreement.pdf and a Volunteer Sign-up Form 2013 BOO Vol sign up.pdf to participate.
