Group Sales Information

Thank you for choosing Knoxville Zoo for your group's outing. We're looking forward to hosting your group and sincerely hope you will enjoy the time spent at the zoo.

Two weeks before your group's visit, please fill out:

• The group sales form and return it either by fax, mail or e-mail:

• After your reservation has been received, you will be issued a confirmation sheet, which you will need to present to the ticket office upon arrival with one form of payment (check, credit card or cash).
• If the number of people in your group changes after you have made reservations, notify the ticket office when you arrive and they will make the necessary adjustments. If your group is less than 20 people, you will have to pay the regular admission rates.
