Scouts

Scout workshops are available for every level of both Boy and Girl Scouts. Scout Days happen throughout the year. Let the Zoo make completing achievement, projects, and requirements as fun as they should be! Workshops are one to two hours in length. All programs meet at the Zoo Crossroads.

Have another date or topic in mind? Groups of 10 or more scouts can schedule their own workshop and date! Service projects may also be available on an individual basis, contact the Education Department for more information!

Program Times
Cub Scout and Brownie Workshops meet at 10:00 a.m.
Webelos and Junior Workshops meet at 12:00 p.m.
Boy Scout and Cadette Workshops meet at 2:00 p.m.
   *Program times are subject to change based on registration.

How to Register

  • Tanasi Council Girl Scouts must pre-register through the Council Office by calling 865.688.9440.
  • All Other Scouts must pre-register through the Zoo Education Department by filling out and returning the Onsite Reservation Form, or by calling 865.637.5331 x331.

Cost  
All participants pay $10.00 per person.
All prices include admission.

Juniors - Water Wonders
Cadettes - Wildlife Interest Project
 
August 21 ALL GIRL SCOUTS - Service Project (10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.)
Cost is $5 per person. Includes zoo admission after service project.
