From the East Traveling West on I-40

- Follow signs to University of Tennessee and Downtown Knoxville

- Stay left on I-40

- Exit 392A - Knoxville Zoo Drive
     

From the West Traveling East on I-40

- Follow signs to I-640 East (Knoxville Bypass)

- Once on I-640, Follow signs to I-40 West, University of Tennessee, Downtown Knoxville, and local traffic

-Stay Right - I-40 West

- Exit 392A - Turn right to Knoxville Zoo Drive

- Follow signs to I-640 East - Asheville

- Once on I-640, Follow signs to I-40 West, University of Tennessee, Downtown Knoxville, and local traffic
