Group Ticket Sales

Thank you for choosing Knoxville Zoo for your group's outing.  We're looking forward to hosting your group and sincerely hope you will enjoy your time at the zoo!

Two weeks before your group's visit, please complete the following:

• Complete the Group Sales Form and return by fax, email, or USPS mail.  2013 - Group Sales Information.pdf
• After your reservation has been received, you will be issued a confirmation sheet, which you will present to the ticket office upon arrival with one form of payment (check, credit card or cash).
• If the number of people in your group changes after you have made a reservation, please notify the ticket office when you arrive and they will make the necessary adjustments.  If your group is less than 15 people, you will have to pay the zoo's regular admission rates.

Consignment Tickets

• Receive great sales incentives for company ticket sellers - complimentary zoo tickets, unique plush animals, zoo sippers, and/or a specialized animal encounter.
• Enjoy discounted admission tickets that can be used any day of the year.
• Give the tickets, which are personalized with your company name, to your customers as a benefit of doing business with you.
• OR, sell the tickets to your associates at no expense to your company, an inexpensive employee benefit!
• Boo! at the Zoo (Knoxville's largest Halloween event held annually in October) tickets are also available on consignment.
• Pay only for what you use.
• Help support Knoxville Zoo, an invaluable non-profit community resource.
