Hometown Animals
It's a wild, wild world all around us whether we live in Tennessee or Africa. Birds, spiders and insects ramble through the trees and shrubs while other creatures hide underground. Learn how to spot the wonderful wildlife in your hometown.

Fourth or Fifth Grade: Zookids who will be entering the 4th or 5th grade. Bring a sack lunch. Drink provided.

Sharing Our World
What does sharing really mean? Save the wild when you learn to share - from home to school, from backyard to globally. How about animals - does every animal share? Investigate why some animals share and why some wouldn't dare.

Sixth, Seventh, or Eighth Grade: Sold Out

Each ZooCamper will be experiencing a program especially designed to meet the needs, interests, and expectations appropriate to their age and developmental stage, so it is important that you comply with the age guidelines. Please do not request to enroll children in other age categories. Siblings are not allowed to attend. Children with special needs may require a personal chaperone be provided. Come to as many camps as you wish.

AfterCamp Camp
For your convenience, AfterCamp Camp is now available for rising 1st through 8th graders, during the week the child is attending ZooCamp. AfterCamp Camp is offered from 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. The cost is $25 per day. Space is limited, so reserve your spot at the time of registration.

Important details:
A fee of $5.00 per 15 minutes will be charged for late pickups. After 15 minutes, the camper can be picked up at the Zoo Education office.

All camps are held at Knoxville Zoo. Registration is required! Call 637-5331, ext. 350 Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Please have your credit card and zoo membership ID number ready! Programs are held rain or shine. Programs fill quickly and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Registration fees are non-refundable, that means that if you choose to cancel your registration, all fees are forfeited.

The Zoo Education Department reserves the right to cancel programs with insufficient registration. A full refund will be given for program cancellations.
